Wonderful

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The residence is close to a BTS station, which makes getting to the city centre easy and convenient.

Traffic noise can be heard throughout the night. I had to use earplugs to get a good night's sleep.

Comfy but could do better

Few minutes walk from BTS Pu Chao; modern building; friendly staff although none of them could really speak English; nice, spacious and well designed rooms. comfy beds, soft towels and bed sheets

Just a handful of channels on TV, internet was super slow like in a hostel!

BTS Southern Bangkok stay

Location right next to BTS was convenient. The soi also had mototaxis. The staff was really pleasant, helpful, and respectful. The room was cleaned and bed changed every night. No one came knocking on the door but I could sleep long. Bed was very comfortable. Entrance was private with own keycard. There also was a nice new bar not far up and around the soi.

Shower water pressure, or rather the amount of water coming out of it was less than I'm used to, but with a showerhead setting I got used to it. Still, could be better. The city view from my room was to some sort of industrial hall, and the balcony was only good for drying clothes.

Very Good

The room was tidy, and the Thai cuisine offered by the quaint eatery across the street was exceptional.

A minor issue, however, was that the mattress was not as wide as the bed frame, leading to the bed's end corners at the foot of the bed sticking out and posing a risk for bumps. My partner accidentally bumped into them twice in a single day.

I was expecting my bedding to be changed once a week, but they didn't do it until I asked because I had long stayed. Every day they came to clean my room quite late. But I understand because they were busy but they were nice and polite though, thank you

Loved the room, property, views, location, staffs' behaviour, and positive vibes. Coming back again!

The room is excellent, cleaned on a daily basis, moderately big with an attached balcony, and has a very nice view. The windows are so big that a generous sunlight enters the room and gives a nice vibe. The room is equipped with a freeze, a microwave oven and a hair dryer. The staffs are excellent and very supportive. The hotel is very near to the Pu Chao BTS station. So, there is absolutely no problem of transportation. There are two 7-11 nearby, one is just opposite the street and the other one is just below the Pu Chao BTS station. There is a food-on-wheel type restaurant just across the street. The food was great! Overall, it was an excellent stay for me and I would love to stay again in future.

I want to point out two things because I really want this accommodation to do well in future. 1. If a guest is staying for more than 1 night, then it is not necessary to change the bed sheets and other things on a daily basis. A normal person don't clean these at their house daily. They do it maybe after 3-4 or 7 days. Not cleaning these will save a lot of water and the environment too because the soap water drainage is not healthy. The authority may keep a board on the room saying that 'cleaning is not required', which the occupant can hang on the door if he needs. Otherwise normal cleaning schedule will follow. 2. Please mention in the booking websites that you keep a returnable security deposit of 500 Baht for the access card. When you are honest in every aspects, then there is no points in hiding it.

I will be back again.

Near BTS Pu Chao and easy to go Siam Paragon, Central World, MBK, Nana Plaza, etc. If you like fresh seafood, you just take the BTS from Pu Chao to Pak Nam where fresh seafoods are available. If you walk about 4 minutes, you will reach to BIG C shopping mall and can enjoy variety of foods. The place is quite and no disturbing at night, good for sleep. Seven Eleven is nearby and various food shops are also there.

Very Good

The location worked for me because I needed to be in that part of Bangkok. It’s not close to downtown but is close to the BTS so that is helpful. Room was clean. A bit worn but fine. The bed was very soft and comfortable for Thailand’s typical hotel offerings.

Excellent location and accommodation at a very respectable price if Samrong is your destination.

Very close to BTS station and Pu Chea. I was attending a convention in Samrong so only 1 stop on the BTS and that was a free trip every time. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. I was on the 7th floor and had a great view over to the BTS. They supplies 2 bottles of water every day.

There are no tea/coffee facilities, no jug to boil water etc and no bottle openers or cutlery whatsoever. Also the bed base is larger than the mattress and it has very hard and sharp corners on which I managed to kick my shin at least twice. Also the shower was very good but I was unable to stop water splashing out into the bathroom.

Good value and satisfying

Breakfast not included. But there was a restaurant and 7-11 convenience store across the road. There was no kettle and teacups, but we bring our own. The rooms had the feeling of being new and spotlessly clean. Reception staff very helpful, efficient and friendly. There is a pleasing sense that the apartments/hotel is run effeciently, so everything is well provided, but you aren't paying for unnecessary extra staff or unnecessary frills.

I went for a coffee at the coffee shop attached to the hotel, but there was nobody there to serve me at that time, around 9.00am
